Effect of sipping method on sensory response to single and multiple sips of vanilla milkshake using temporal‐check‐all‐that‐apply

چکیده
Whether drinking from a cup versus through straw effects sensory perception is inconclusive, as whether such differences hold across and within multiple sips. This study aimed to determine if product profiles discrimination varied depending on was sipped or straw. An expert panel (n = 9) investigated in temporal of six milkshakes sipping methods. Temporal eight attributes analyzed selected time slices, sips using generalized linear model Analysis Deviance. Sweetness, vanilla, astringency, liquorice were cited significantly more often straw, however showed significant attribute discriminations products. Attribute increased compared sip one.
